Brilliant staff all around..so clean, awesome food..we had a murder mystery night there.. which was fantastic..a real treat to Go there and stay... As myself and my partner were there only one night..food in the hotel and their staff was helpful..

This was previously a pretty poor hotel, now much improved. Great staff, in particular Mairita on reception who couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't eat here but the food coming out looked great, my colleague ate here twice and said it was excellent

Mairita always welcomes with a smile and a very helpful attitude. She remembers me each time I visit the hotel even though it's six weeks apart each time. It's lovely to see such a friendly, welcoming face. Stay at the Mercure Birmingham West.

The bed was really comfy, really nice spa with gym, pool, sauna and steam room. This stay was booked as a birthday getaway. The room was decorated with balloons, cake and a card. The Friendly receptionist named Mairita on check out ensured I had a great stay! Would stay again!

The hotel is well located and got all I needed, afterwork I go to relax to the health area with gym, spa and pool. The staff is very nice, especially the receptionist Mairita which allowed me an early check in. The breakfast is either buffet or a la carte and the eggs Benedict i ordered were very good.
