5 star view with 3 star cleanliness. this is my second time staying in this hotel still had the same sickly vanilla smell that is masking a musky smell as you leave the lifts . views are out of this world but apartments need more attention to detail when cleaning as we still had previous guests dirty kitchen bin full of smelly food.

Relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were courteous and polite. The location is fabulous. The apartment was great. We have booked to come again in October. Had a very relaxing time listening to the ocean and the view is fabulous. I definitely recommend staying at peppers Soul.

Amazing experience all round. 3 bed unit on level 24 had amazing views and was large enjoy for 6 adults. Paradiso was fantastic for breakfast every morning (coffee was great) and the staff are exceptional, always happy & polite, especially as they worked over Easter. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, with some issues..

The location and view from our 3 bedroom apartment was excellent. We were told there would be some painting/maintenance work being conducted, but it turned out that our hallway to our apartment looked like a construction zone, with the flooring removed, the plaster removed and replaced with plastic sheeting. There were several industrial ventilators (or something) being used which were very loud. There were also general maintenance problems with the room which we had to call for assistance for (eg, shower head not staying up, safe not working, powerpoint in the kitchen faulty). To Peppers credit they send someone quickly to rectify, but would have been better still to not have to worry about it. Also, my daughter's limited edition toy was removed from the her bedroom somehow.. I'm sure it was accidental. We suspect it could have been bundle up in sheets maybe. Perhaps it's a lesson not to leave anything on your bed. Overall, a great location, but not without it's issues.

Still in the hotel, don't stay here. We were in Peppers before and this is disappointing. Hair in the beds, dirty, stained and smelly pillows. They have mold, change the room because tap fell off and this one was flooded. And it is too expensive for this low service. They don't want to give money back even they know everything was flooded, they can not accommodate my family with other room. We arrived late and my kids were waiting until they were thinking and manager told me yes we were flooded but it is ok. It is not. I have 3 kids, payed a lot and was expecting at least clean room. Not molded and stinky and with dirty beds, floors, bathroom. When you arrive to 2nd floor u can smell mold. Low quality.
