Very good customer service from Emre who is speaking French there. He suggested us very good places to visit !! You are the best there boy! Thanks to you we enjoyed our accommodations. He provided us some bottle of water and he arranged a taxi in the morning.

Mr.EMRE is very nice and sweeeet! I had two wonderful nights here. Can’t wait to be here next time:) 第一次來伊斯坦堡就選擇這間飯店，飯店客服都很親切，有任何問題都會即時回答。早上出飯店及晚上回來時，值班人員都會像朋友一樣問候～ 早餐的選擇雖然不多但都很精緻好吃！除此之外飯店的地理位置也很方便，風景也很好，有來伊斯坦堡的人請務必參考這一間！

Amazing staff in reception and our stay was very pleasant. They are friendly and helpful, very polite and accommodating. Nuri, head of concierge couldn’t have done enough for us and gave recommendations whilst staying at the hotel. Ugurcan was very helpful as overall they both made us feel very welcome. Lale had a lovely presence and made an effort to talk to us, assisting in any way whist having breakfast. We had a small issue whilst having breakfast with the other staff as they forget when we request something but overall very good. The staff here are professional and I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, and of high standards. One of the best places I have stayed at. The hotel is in a great location, few minutes away from Main Street.

Very nice hotel in the central location, amazing reception with great service, comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet. Big thank you to Lale, customer relations manager who ensured we have the best time here and are being taken care of. We will definitely come back
