One of the best Novotel I ever been . If you are an ALL gold or Platinium member , you have access to a very nice Top Floor Lounge with food and drinks . There is a nice Pool . Rooms are very nice and big . Food is good There is a bus stop at the door and always Taxis available . City Center is 1 km away .

This hotel should promote more because the experience there was much better than I expected from the promoted pictures. The facility was clean and new. Food was delicious. The price was much cheaper than the experience we gained. I will definitely come back !! 予約時の写真の印象よりもずっと良いホテルでした!!施設はとても綺麗で新しいです。ご飯もとてもおいしかったです。価格はサービスや施設などの体験に比べるとかなり安いと思います。また那覇に行く際は泊まりたいと思いますのでよろしくお願いします。

・Novotel Okinawa Naha is situated near the Shuri castle, and accessible from/to downtown by using monorail. ・There is convenience store in the reception floor, you can buy the drinks, alcohols and souvenirs at the shop. ・Employees are friendly, a male receptionist is very polite, works diligently for customers and very favorable. ・The cabin was fully renovated on 2018 and kept clean, very comfortable. ・About the breakfast, there are western, eastern and Okinawan foods, you can enjoy the various cuisines in your mood, especially I prefer the Chanpurū(local stir fry dish).

We stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy Okinawa. - Location: you do have to take some time from the airport to the hotel if you come by taxi or bus (about 40 minutes). The hotel is on a hill so take that in mind if you want to walk around the neighborhoud. You can get to the center of the city by bus from here. - Service: the staff was very friendly and helpfull at this hotel. Check-in went smooth and the staff at the bar were very nice. - Room: Our room was very spacious and we had a good view of the city and the pool of the hotel. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. - Breakfast: a lot of choice of very good western and Japanese food. - Bar: The bar in the lobby was very comfortable. They have hammock chairs to sit in. The food/snacks and drinks were good and there was a good variety in choice. Important if you have a tattoo: bring a swim suit that covers your tattoo if you want to go in the pool. Overall a very good hotel that i would recommend if you don't mind having to take a bus or car to get around.

This is my first time in Okinawa. The island is rich of Chinese and Japanese culture. I also love to try local foods here. My highlight was whale watching,not in the ocean, but in the huge tank at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Of course my mission has been completed. I actually stayed at Novotel Okinawa Naha. The hotel front desk staffs were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was so nice and varieties. Unfortunately it was very crowed every morning, I had to queue and wait. You can take a public bus only 2 stops to Asato Monorail station, very convenience.
