Little overrated, food at a la Carte restaurants is not great and A La Carte restaurants are booked 5 days in advance! What for?! food at the main restaurant is good, staff are not very happy and therefore service is not good. They have invested loads of money there, the hotel is beautiful ..however this is the most expensive hotel in Sharm so they should be on the ball but unfortunately they are not. Guest relations staff are not so good.

Kariem and Awad at the pools are amazing and provide the best service! The drinks were perfect and to a fantastic standard! We are really grateful at how nice everybody is! Thank you so much! We cannot wait to return 2 more times this year for the amazing service!

Amazing hotel!

We arrived home in the early hours of this morning after having spent a wonderful week in this beautiful hotel. We had initially booked into the Aqua side with our family but were offered an upgrade to the main side. In this instance it did work for us all so we accepted however a return trip with our youngest grandson next year will be a definite refusal to move if asked as we feel his needs will be better suited to Aqua. There is literally something for everyone to do. So many activities available or just a general chill in the pool or on the beach. Each restaurant has a theme and are beautifully decorated. The food is varied and high quality. The staff here are amazing…. Everyone plays their part… the security guards, the lifeguards, the gardeners, housekeeping, the towel man and the concierge staff. I could literally go on. I was concerned about the volume levels from the stage on the main side during the recent May fest but in fairness that ( whilst it is very loud) and you can hear it in your rooms… it stops at 11.30pm and the comfy beds do not stop me from sleeping either!! The meal booking is a bit of a palaver but we soon got into a system and managed to book an a la Carte for each night. Thank you to each and every one of the Rixos team who made such a memorable holiday for us.

Memorable vacation!

Unforgettably amazing! There was Eid celebration during our stay and they had impressive show on a stage and beautiful fireworks after that! The area is huge, so anyone can find what to do, either stay by the pool, or go to the beach, or have an adventure in the Aquapark. Shuttle buses every 10-15 min. Rooms are super clean. Tried yoga, hiit - workouts are really hard and seroius, not just some immature time spending )))). Food is great, kids loved ice-cream. Special thanks to chefs in the main restaurant! Once my daughter found a pack of buckwheat on a display as a part of a decor, but it wasn't presented as a cooked dish, so they took a pack and cooked for her a portion as she asked for it. The kids club is amazing, my kids didn't want to leave it. There are daily activities, special shows, small pool, food, drinks, ice-cream, play-station! ))))
