After a fantastic stay last July we decide to go back to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday ….. And again the Hotel snd Staff did not disappoint We stayed again in a 2 bedroom family suite which is super.and our personal concierge team Nazgûl & Viktoriia kept us informed of daily activities, arranged waterpark tickets , arranged birthday cakes for my husband nothing was too much trouble . A big shout out to a very special man BUBA we made friends last year and it was lovely to see him again and he saved sun loungers for us everyday and also did a special birthday celebration for my husband on the beach !!!!!! Another familiar face for us was Eclas the door man on main entrance he also is a superb member of staff ….. he assisted me in arranging a surprise for ride with Phantom Car Hire in a Lambguhini For my husband . The All Inclusive package is fantastic We have recommended this hotel to many people and no one as been disappointed we have visited Dubai many many times and this is now our favourite Hoping to return later in the year 🤞

A superb hotel that does not disappoint. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite that was unbelievable and was home from home. The hotel facilities including the all inclusive premium option is fantastic and is one of the best we have stayed in as family in Dubai. The stand out at this hotel is the service and the friendliness of the staff. We found that all of the bars and restaurants have an attentive manager that works closely with their staff to ensure that you receive impeccable service from the moment you arrive. A special mention must go to Pradeep who look after us during our stay as if we were family and made our visit so special. Always at hand to make arrangements for dinner or advise us on how to have the best possible experience throughout the hotel. A true expert in customer service and a consummate professional. We would highly recommend the hotel for families or for a special couples break.

Exclusive Sports Club

The Hotel was verry nice. But the sport atraction of Exlusive Sports Club are very good and intensive. The gym was very clean all the time and you can train there enything that you need. The team was also very cool, freandly and they can show me lot of things that i didnt know befor. The most time i traind with and special thanks going to cheikh and mariana. Big Thanks fo that
