Just back from fabulous golf stay at the Fairmont Marrakech. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Bed was exceptional! Golf course and facilities were first class. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Hassan was a lovely smiling face every morning at breakfast and Moulay the concierge couldn’t have done more to help us with our extra requirement's. Food and drink on the pricey side would definitely go again but pick a half board option. Thank you all at the Fairmont for a great stay.

We thought the service was excellent. And a special thank you to Hamza at the Italian restaurant. He served great wine to the parents, and was so kind to our children. We returned to the restaurant for a second night and requested to be in his section, and I would recommend the same to others! (From Tierney Room #324)

Moroccan Oasis That Took Us By Surprise

Despite some early teething issues (which were handled well by the Fairmont team) we had a wonderful stay. The room (deluxe suite) was large, well-appointed and beautifully decorated complete with a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and the Atlas Mountains. The pool area was beautiful as were all the common areas of the hotel. The decor, simply stunning! Our initial impressions of the level of service were not great (took almost an hour to receive our luggage / pool staff initially a bit hapless / generally not as polished as expected). However, following a "discussion" with Guest Relations (Ghita) everything changed. The staff could not have done any more for us for the remainder of our stay! ...Bending over backwards doesn't even do it justice. From the staff at the hotel reception and concierge, to guest relations and those who looked after us at each of the hotel's restaurants - exceptional. Ahmed at breakfast was a standout. If I had one criticism, it was the dinners (breakfasts were great). The food in each of the 3 restaurants was good, but not exceptional (especially for the price paid). I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a Moroccan oasis set a little further out from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech. FYI, the hotel put on transport for us when we needed it (big mercedes-benz transit) and the journey into the centre was only about 20-25 mins, so really not a problem... For those that know Marrakech, I was happy to pay the extra travel cost knowing I was always able to escape the craziness and retreat to the luxury of the resort! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK :)

Incredible hotel, beautiful facilities, excellent service, most enjoyable family holiday.

Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh is our favorite hotel. The facilities are stunning, the staff is exceptional, and the views from each hotel room are beautiful. Staff members, including Othmane, Juliette, Hamza, Yoannes (restaurant), Ali, and the ENTIRE kids club team, made our stay memorable. The hotel also found us the great nanny, Raja. Juliette organized everything from our airport transport to Medina trips and camel riding expeditions. She ensured that we always felt safe leaving the resort—we were always taking our kids to secure areas with people we could trust with our family. Othmane checked in regularly on our family to ensure we had a wonderful stay. He became "best buds" with my son, making him feel like the most important guest at the hotel. My daughter took tennis lessons with a fabulous pro, Hamza, who treated her like a princess and really improved her game. She had never enjoyed tennis before our trip, and he totally changed her attitude! My husband and I went to the spa for several excellent messages. They also offer special facials with native Moroccan natural and Aragon oil-based skin products. We loved it so much that we booked our next stay. Thank you, Fairmont team!

Dissturbing Nights and terrible Service

The Housekeeping disturbt us 5 times during night and at breakfeast we were ignored and couldn’t order water like the other. No matter how early it was, we never got chair at the pool and the service at the pool was terrible and tooo expensive.
