Staff are really friendly and very helpful, always a nice word and a smile for customers. The room is small as expected but really clean. The shower is powerful, shower gel and hairdryer provided. I'd come back in future visits to Bilbao

Laura behind the reception is an absolute star! It was such a lovely way to start our stay in Bilbao with Laura's warm welcome and expertise over the city. Keep up the great work! Furthermore, the rooms are what you can expect from Ibis. Comfortable and cosy with everything that you need.

Great experience, thoroughly recommend. Stated as budget, but not my experience

Whilst this is a budget hotel, it never felt like that. Exceptionly clean, daily. Rooms are compact, but so amazingly designed, never felt small. Excellent. 3 stops from central Bilbao and station 1 minute walk away, tram a few minutes father, didn't even try buses. Safe area. Amazing patisterie opposite and coffee, went there daily. Staff so friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention Yum Bean (not sure if I have correctly spelt) she was amazing and enhancinced my stay. 10 star to her! I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you

Interesting experience. Location great for bus station and tram so easy access anywhere. Spotlessly clean, friendly reception. Weirdest shaped room I've ever been in! Bed good. Shower good. All a bit tight for space but for what I paid it's great value for a solo traveller. Major drawback is the buzzing fusebox in the room which is only solved by removing the room card which knocks the room power off. Not a problem when sleeping but keep your phone handy to use as a torch if you need to go to the toilet and so need to slot the key card back in place for room lighting. If you get a great rate I'd choose here all day but if not perhaps I'd look elsewhere to see what's on offer. Bars/restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

This was a very popular hotel which had a few restaurants in the area and supermarket 100 metres away. The design of the small rooms is strange with shelves built next to the tight squeeze to get into your bed so you have to watch your head we both hit them a number of times and very small bedside shelves that did not go to the wall so items kept falling off. Apart from that it is a nice place to stay on a budget about 2 km's walk from the Guggenheim Museum. The staff were very friendly.
