We have been for a couple of days in this hotel and had an excellent room on the level of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was sufficient and the location is not far away of the subway. 10 minutes walk. You can park your car in the garage downstairs and the price is € 18,- for 24 hours, which is top for Paris. The people of the hotel were very friendly as well and the entrance, as later on.

Very close to Arche de la Defense and a huge shopping complex where you can find the metro as well. Quiet location and yet quite central. Friendly staff & always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Exactly what you expect from an Ibis Styles hotel, good location near La Defense, comfortable and clean rooms and a great breakfast. My only complain is the room ventilation. However, in my opinion the stay is worth the price.

Bedbugs!!! Punaise!!! + False promises to compensate a guest

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

Hello, Once again we apologize for the bed bug problem which is a first for our new hotel. Know that all hygiene measures have been put in place to eradicate this scourge. As I told you, I am committed to reimbursing you for your entire stay on your card, i.e. the 4 nights. And I told you it could take 6-7 days for it to appear on your account. We stayed here around New Year 2020, when almost entire Paris was blocked because of strike, but metro line M1 from Defense to downtown was working, so it was great. Originally, we got a very small room where we were jumping over our luggage, so we asked the staff at the reception on the next morning if we could change a room. I must emphasize how kind were Chloe, Anne and Bastian, who gave us a bigger room (on 6th floor) and simply made our holidays a joy. Besides, this hotel serves excellent buffet breakfast. All in all - highly recommendable
