A good choice to stay in the hotel especially when outside is extremely cold ( Still You cannot expect the swimming pool to be higher than 30 degree right ). We had a good time by having the afternoon tea and using the Sauna Facilities.

Very well received from the check-in, staff helped me take my luggages and walk me directly through the lobby. My personal butler help me do a very quick check-in and ask me everything I need, really helpful. Fairmont Gold team is excellent, Jessica, Mandy, Zoey, they just try everything to meet my demands, really nice! Housekeeping staff is also at the top level, Zhu Xiao fang help me to fill water and do gave me back my laundries on time, amazing service, xiexie🌹 Briefly, i did enjoy my stay there as a business/casual trip. Probably come back next time when I back in town.

I visited Fairmont Wuhan on a weekend. I live and work on the other part of the city and came here for the second time. Front desk staff Gina recognized me and welcomed me back. Also other staff were very friendly as usual.
