visited Fairmont Austin for a date night and we got the pleasure of meeting Miss Carmen. She was super sweet and gave us great recommendations about restaurants and bars to visit while in Austin , Rules and Regs has the views! Def a must see!

In Austin for a business trip, there for a lengthy stay. The service was hit and miss. Somes areas were definitely a Fairmont standard and others not so much! The rooms were nice and had what you needed. Overall good food and good location. The "Good Things" coffee shop was nice and handy however the service was something different. There are a couple ladies that work there that should not, could not even get them to look at you let alone a smile. Very disappointing. The fitness center was nice however it was way too hot and a few machines were inoperable during my entire stay. I did put in a request for the temperature and the euipment but nothing was done about it! Overall not a bad stay however they need to polish up a bit for Fairmont Standards.

Having stayed in other Fairmont hotels, I knew what to expect and the Fairmont Austin did not disappointed. The cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Impeccable service from all staff and all in all a fabulous week!

At a conference for my husband’s work & we have truly enjoyed & appreciated the service of Christian at the hotel bar. He’s genuine & friendly. Great at what he does & whether it’s pouring a glass of wine or recommending a drink for someone who is unsure of what to get, he’s very welcoming. Kudos to Christian!
