Quiet efficient hotel

We stayed 3 nights. We arrived at 10:00 AM and our room was ready - an unexpected surprise. Pleasant 8 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had pretty much every you could want. There is a nice courtyard where you can have breakfast weather permitting. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Champs Élysées which we did once since the weather was nice.

A great holiday in Paris

A small modern lovely boutique hotel close to the Metro, lovely comfortable bed and great breakfast, but room lacks storage for clothing and other items. There is a need for regular maintenance as the bathroom door broke twice on our stay for four days. Drinks machine generally out of order at reception. Certain staff not too friendly, others were fine, but that's expected in Paris. Holiday was great though including trip to Eurodisney.

Good choice for business trip in Paris

Good hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. I was actually 2 times in Paris in 2022 and both of them I was staying in this hotel. Location is not so good but I would always choose this hotel and reccomend to anyone. The only problem was at the reception when I was requesting a company invoice and it was the only thing that was a bit complicated. Everything else is great!

Lovely room, attention to detail needs work

Stayed here for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon whilst driving back to the UK from our wedding in Italy. We stayed in one of the duplex suites with a double balcony, which was gorgeous and had a lovely view. The lady who checked us in was lovely, noting that it was our honeymoon and congratulating us. Unfortunately when we checked in, there was litter on the floor in the room and an unpleasant smell. Little details weren’t looked after e.g. only one coffee pod for the coffee machine. The air con was a little temperamental - it went off when you opened the balcony door (fair enough) but the handle was dodgy and the air con thought the door was open when it wasn’t, resulting in a poor nights sleep the first night and having to sleep with all the windows open. This was fixed the following day. The area of the hotel is nice with plenty of patisseries and restaurants around, and good access to central Paris if using a bike/e scooter - we found it took us around half an hour each night to get an Uber to pick us up (the hotel could not get a taxi for us). On our final morning, my husband made a coffee and the little milk sachet was out of date and stank of cheese. Obviously UHT milk lasts years and years so this was quite the feat. On check out, the receptionist (young lady with glasses) asked if our stay had been ok, so I answered honestly. It turned out she didn’t want our feedback at all - and responded only with ‘did you mention it on check in?’. I said we’d mentioned the air con, but obviously it seemed petty to come down and mention litter on the floor - we just picked it up and threw it away and moved on with our day. No apology was offered, we weren’t given an itemised bill for our extras and were just told ‘goodbye’. My husband then went to take our car out of the garage (very tight entrance if you have a large car, but the car felt safe and secure in there with all our belongings from our wedding) - I asked her to open the garage door and was told we had to call from downstairs and a strange power struggle ensued as to why she couldn’t just open it there and then as my husband was sat on the other side of the garage door in the car waiting. Very bizarre - she finally opened it after I knocked on the front window. The receptionist had obviously woken up on the wrong side of the bed, but IMO shouldn’t be working in customer service. Other than that, our stay was adequate and we would consider staying again if small improvements were made.

I stayed with my family as s birthday treat and went to see moulin rouge. We returned to the hotel At 11pm and wanted a drink before we went to bed we waited 10 mins for the lady on the desk to check people in then was told the bar was closed. We enquired about room service and was told the staff had gone home. Unacceptable for a hotel in Paris to close before midnight, other guests also wanted drinks.
