This hotel and the service, is beyond 5 star. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel like you've entered luxury. The amazing breathtaking lobby with its water feature, the spaciousness, the luxury seating, to the most amazing staff. This is my second visit at this hotel, and I think it's my best choice by far. The rooms are just beautiful, so spacious it's like having a one bedroom apartment. Huge space. From the huge comfy bed with extra pillows, to a corner suite lounge area, with all the tea and coffee facilities, huge balcony, walk in wardrobe, to a luxury bathroom with a huge bath. Mood lighting, buttons next to bed side to control lighting, open and close the curtains so luxurious. I have a nut allergy and informed the hotel via email and once I arrived I told them about the nuts at the breakfast stations. I had the chefs approach me individually, to offer me the best service, they made me my breakfast by request everyday always making me feel so special. There's just too many things to list on the remarkable service this hotel offers. I can truly say I felt like a queen 👸 will definitely make this hotel my first choice when visiting Dubai again very soon💝

Gets better every time

This was our fourth visit to this hotel and the service gets better every time .we arrived on a early flight and got our two rooms next to each other straight away which is always a bonus it was good to see the newly renovated pool area a great improvement.what sets this hotel apart is the staff everyone was so friendly and helpful from great housekeeping to the club room which is run by Betty and the team which are excellent and always kept our drinks topped up . Can’t wait to return 👍

Exquisite Elegance: Luxurious Rooms and Exemplary Hospitality

I visited Raffles for a week in February. The hotel was one of the best I have stayed in and really had a feel of luxury. Admittedly it was not cheap - either to eat & drink, or to stay - but I guess if you choose to stay at Raffles you are not looking for a budget hotel. Everywhere you go in the hotel feels opulent and the staff make you feel like a VIP. The bedrooms are finished to a very high standard and have amazing views of the Dubai skyline at night. It is fairly close to the airport £10 taxi, but not so close to more touristy areas such a the Palm Jumeirah. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a bit of luxury.

A wonderful stay, despite the floods

We arrived in the middle of the floods but our Guest Relations host (Vimansa) welcomed us as if there were no problems! Our room was ready (even though we were early) and it was superb, The hotel, itself suffered a bit from the floods but it carried on remarkably well and the guests were well looked after. The Raffles Club was very pleasant and service was excellent. Raffles Salon was a great place to relax for coffee or delicious ice cream or even dinner. All the staff were friendly and efficient and Cassie & Elaine were particularly so. Throughout our stay, Guest Relations staff checked on our comfort. We will definitely return to Raffles, Dubai

What a fantastic location to stay for business! The customer service is top notch, the rooms and food incredible, and the conference space is five out of five across the board. The ballroom is such a refreshing place for a meeting - beautiful, comfortable, and with A/V that actually works and works WELL! Big thank you to Sanjay on the A/V team for all he does.
