Good location. The hotel is dated. The room was clean but you could tell that it used to be on a smoking floor. The bed was really hard. I talked to reception and they immediately brought up a mattress topper to make it better. It helped a lot. I was truthfully disappointed in our room but felt it was too late and too expensive to switch hotels.

We were very pleased with the staff service quality, our room (comfort and cleanliness) and facilities. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of choices, and we enjoyed our time at the 36th floor bar/restaurant. As a Platinum member, I appreciated the benefits and particularly the Executive Lounge upon arrival. The swimming pool and gym are excellent too. On top of these, location is perfect, although the hotel entrance was a bit difficult to find when we arrived at the Namba subway station.

This is my only hotel in osaka. Everything is so convenient. You can go to various places with this hotel as the starting point. Train stations are just a few steps away. Going home? Have a big luggage to carry? The airport rapit is just an escalator away. What more can you ask for?! 😍😍😍

Convenient hotel for the station. The station is huge and it can be confusing when first arriving trying to find access to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a large choice of breakfast items. The hotel was in a good position to explore Osaka by foot.

Not quite what I expected

Location is near shoppings and station but inconvenient if you need to change underground lines and/or train with luggage in tow. The room is rather old-fashioned and the shower which has to be taken in the long bath was inconvenient and a fall-risk if you are have problem getting in and out of the bath.
