The Banff Springs hotel is an amazing experience. The rooms are nice and updated with lots of space. They provide all the little things that make a difference to me when staying in a hotel (glass water and wine drinkware, corkscrew, mini fridge, full-size personal care products in the bathroom, etc.) The restaurants on the property are fabulous with great food and exceptional drink menu.

Feeling Like Royalty In The Castle

Our family gathered at the Fairmont Banff Springs for an end of season ski adventure only to find the experience of the grand historic hotel to be the star of the trip. The slopes of Sunshine Village and Lake Louise were great, but the magic of the castle was truly memorable. We stayed for a week, explored all of the outlets and restaurants, soaked, were massaged and still found time to explore the castle. It was wonderful! Great quality restaurants and bars kept us happy and well nourished. We went on the complimentary guided tour led by Scott. It was cool for all three of our family's generations in attendance. Our three-year-old granddaughters could not have been more thrilled to be dancing in the beautiful ballrooms. Despite this being the end of the season, the staff was really pleasantly engaged. It is a large property, but our experience seemed to be personally geared to our family with not a cookie cutter approach to service. The week seemed to fly by with our departure coming to soon. We will definitely be back

I’ve stayed at the Banff Springs before and this stay was just as wonderful as before. Staying at this hotel is an experience in itself and I had such a wonderful time. We were here for our anniversary and the staff really made it special with a card and cake! We also took the cocktail class and Vicente is a true gem! That was probably my favourite experience for this stay - Vicente was super knowledgeable and funny and charming! Definitely try it out if you get the chance. For $60, it’s a steal considering you get cocktails as well as a bottled one to take home!

Our entire stay at Fairmont was phenomenal — the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the private tour we booked was our favorite experience of the trip. Scott was so knowledgeable and tailored our trip to our preferences — it was the cherry on top of an already amazing trip!
