Not worth the money i paid

It was not worth the money i paid. There was no tissues ( very small thing usually in the rooms) no body wash , no shampoo in the washroom. No iron machine. Too much noises from outside(no noise cancellation glasses). So overall 2/5. Thank you.

Mr. Sergio was very polite and helpfull person. He offered us a complimentary coffee tea and playground area for my daughter. Thanks him and other staff too. Next time we will stay here. They nice top bar and very usefull loby area. Hotel located in heart of the city centre.

everything was perfect: breakfast, the style of decoration of the room and the hotel as a whole.I would especially like to thank the receptionist Giorgi and Ekaterina. They helped me a lot.I have a great desire to return, I will try to do so..

Great Rooms, Average Service, Breakfast Not Good

The hotel rooms are super comfortable and beautiful, and so is the restaurant. The stay was lovely, however the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful, they were clueless about most of the things, there were no buffet tags, the entire breakfast was cold and not fresh, expected better from Accor.

The hotel staff very helpful, also friendly with my kids, the hotel location very nice. I can compare it with 5* hotel, clean also, I met with ANI one of the reception staff (all of the staff where nice) but ANI she was very helpful & nice with my family. They were quick as well with the service.
