Loved this hotel, everything about it was perfect . Great quiet location, beautiful beach and pool area. Fantastic food - breakfast was awesome. We travel alot and have to say the customer service in the hotel was exceptional. The nicest staff , Tee from reception was brilliant from the minute we arrived until we left asking about our day and if we needed anything he even left a card in the room saying he hope we had the best day at the Elephant Sanctuary . It was the litttle things and they where not all over you or trying to sell facilities etc ..We will be back as soon as we can. Loved it. Was just what we needed . The Thai people are just incredible x was one of the best ever trips for us ❤️

The hotel is incredible!! We had a great time!! We take a cocktail making class with Kelvin, Palm and Ice and it was amazing! They are really nice and they know a lot about bartender! They make it easy to learn and we really enjoy the experience!

beautiful place for holiday. being far fromcoty centre makes pullman hotel a quiet spot to spend holiday. Att, P and Dom were amazing in beach front pub. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back next year. Thanks to all staff in pullman.

I have visited the hotel during Songkarn festival. Time to check in 3:00 PM but hotel reception told me that my room was not ready yet and I had to waited for 30 mins. However, it actually takes about 45 mins. So disappointed for the unprofessional service.

Me and my husband stayed at Pullman Panwa for 3 nights during Songkran’s day. We expected to stay only in the hotel and just relaxed but it’s over expectations! - Staff : all staffs are service mind and so kind. Especially people in Tamarind Restaurant, Khun Nancy, Khun Bia are so nice and helpful. And also Chef Nok, Chef Joy is so talented! We are recommend all Thai Menu in this restaurant. (Do not missed Tamarind Sherbet) - Food : We had tried ‘Tamarind & Aqua’ , both are so good. The fresh seafood and tasty receipt. - Hotel : There’s so many activities for both Kids and Adults. I like Marine walk. You can walk and see the Star Fish at the beach front of the hotel. Then we can feed the baby Bamboo Shark which Hotel nursery with the foundations in everyday. Recommend for everyone!
