Very comfortable rooms. Saidulu was a really helpful to me. Novotel is one of the most premium hotel in vijayawada and deservingly so. Pros - Excellent bar, gym and swimming area. The ambiance is very good and housekeeping is helpful. Cons - The switched did not work perfect, had to do some “jugaad” to make it work. Very stressful.

Overall a good hotel for a comfortable stay

Bed and pillows fluffy and comfortable, cleanliness good well air-conditioned lobby . Clean rooms with good ambiance.

Visited Skydeck. Excellent Service ( by Manikanta, Manager Raja) and great views. Food we order was yummy! Special mention of kotthu parota by Venkatesh (demi-cheff) was awesome!

The staff deserve a shout out. Chef Venkatesh is fantastic. Manikanta was fabulous at table service. This is easily the best hotel you will find in a hundred miles around Vijayawada. The hotel has improved with time and achieved a level of sophistication!
