Very nice restaurant, great food and service

We've been here only for lunch, but we liked the menu options, the service, the restaurant itself and also, the food was great, served in lovely plates. The mushroom soup was really good and also the rest of what we had. Kids enjoyed the food too! We recommend it!

Great for road trips

Very convenient transit hotel, located close to A1 highway at about one hour drive from Hungarian border. If you're in a road trip and need to sleep over night in Arad, you should definitely consider this accommodation. Large and free private parking, right in front of the hotel. Pet friendly - we spotted several clients checking in and out with their animal friends. Decent breakfast. The room is quite basic, as well as the bathroom. There are funny stencils on the walls, dedicated to the pioneers of local industry. The only downside might be the distance to city center, as the hotel is actually located in a industrial area near Arad. However, the sound insulation seems to be of top quality, so we've not been disturbed by the traffic noise. As I have mentioned above, it seems to be a transit hotel, intended for one night guests. The staff is very kind. We were offered a welcome beverage, as Accor silver card guests, which was very nice. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

For transit is the perfect choice. Close to highway and still quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is a rich buffet and hours of availability satisfies every possible need. Personnel is just outstanding: mostly young and friendly and helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

ibis Arad is an excellent choice for anybody considering hosting their events there. Top-level facilities and excellent staff make for a brilliant environment within which to operate. The hotel is meticulous in its planning, providing excellent decor, signage, and the like. Importantly, they never seemed to tire of the constant emails from an equally meticulous event manager. Always prompt and attentive. Particularly, the manager Cristian Hotea and Sergiu Goina, events manager, were excellent in their roles. They and their team managed both events with the utmost professionalism. Highly competent and skilled, they were a pleasure to work with. I recommend ibis Arad Hotel to anybody enquiring.

The hotel is placed outside of the habited area of the city, in an industrial zone, not a point in favor here. Nevertheless, it's rather close to the highway, so let's say that may be an advantage for who's traveling and want just to stop over night. The price for similar rooms is much higher that the one from Intercontinental Bucharest, so another point in minus, but let's say that this is set up according to the market request... In any case, once in the room you just find an empty refrigerator and on these hot days you may have expected to find at least a bottle of water, even if you have to pay for it, instead you see a big nothing and ask yourself wherefrom I can get some damn water at 20:00 in the evening, if you didn't carry you own bottle from the car. The personnel is in between of being friendly and neutral, I haven't seen a smile or heard to many nice words from them, but at least they were polite. Good kitchen, even limited choice. Clean room, air conditioning system working.
