Lovely staff at this hotel which is right in the town and easy walking distance to the stores. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food very nice, good breakfast buffet and their signature burger very tasty

My room was very clean, quiet, modern and had a safe deposit box. Complimentary water was provided every day. The reception and restaurant staff have to be commanded for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, with both warm and cold dishes and so was the dinner buffet. Wifi worked very well. I would definitely stay at Ibis Sfax again.

First the bad, then the good. The rooms were small, as expected. This was more than made-up for by the other factors below: Front desk staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. As a business traveler I had a lot of needs / demands, all of which were promptly addressed by the front desk staff. As an added touch, they always followed up asking me if the requested service was delivered how I wanted it. I needed help arranging a trip to the Star Wars filming location and I was lucky that the hotel hooked me up with a great tour guide, Mr. Wahid Salemi with SMART TAXI who treated me like family for the entire day and was extremely fair with pricing. The food is quite excellent, in particular the dinner buffet that was offered every night during the holy month of Ramadan. You will be hard pressed to find better food anywhere in Sfax. The hotel rooms are extremely inexpensive - during Ramadan, my room was only $40 USD per night! Not sure how they made any money off me!?!? I tried other hotels in Sfax but was very disappointed. Overall, after trying 2 other of the "top" hotels, I can assure you that Ibis is the best overall choice.

It's true that the hotel is three star but the quality of service provided is a lot better than many five stars hotels. The hotel is so clean the staff is so friendly, the food is very tasty. I stayed in another five stars hotel in Sfax but I would recommend Ibis. I will be going to Ibis every time I go back to Sfax
