Great but can't open a window

After staying more than a week in mediocre hotels as a tourist this Ibis is a whole relief. Back to European standards with a modern designed hotel and modern rooms, buffet breakfast, so all you can eat, instead of the tiny breakfast at most B&B's. Location close to a modern big mall. Standard room is ok with a good bathroom, bed a bit too hard and the biggest downside you can't open a window, which is noticeable in the hallways as well, a particular smell as there is never fresh air coming in. Free indoor parking available, good wifi.

Ibis standard, well located, walking distance to several restaurants. The breakfast was good, probably in higher standard of regular Ibis. Front desk people friendly and able to answer your questions. Endvof the day is a Ibis, not to much surprises.

Our trip started out very stressful before our arrival to the hotel. Everyone at the Ibis took great care to help us. From the great coffee each morning, good food, wonderful staff. We couldn’t ask for better!

From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. We spoke no Spanish and yet smiles paved the way. The hotel is very well thought out from being energy efficient and recycle conscious to being well built so no noise from other rooms. The rooms had numerous outlets so no problem charging electronics etc. All the amenities including the use of dispensers for soap and body wash were available in the bathroom. The restaurant staff took wonderful care of us. The food was quite good and had numerous menu choices. They made us feel more at home. The AGM Carmen solved any issue we had with a smile although those issues had nothing to with our stay. All in all I would recommend this hotel without reservation and hope that my next visit to Columbia includes a stay here.

Comfortable with excellent location. Close to shopping mall, public transportation and restaurants. Good breakfast, clean rooms and nice decoration. Value for money. I always use it in my trips to this citym
