Novotel Cikini offers a comfortable stay with its modern amenities and convenient location. The housekeeping at Novotel Cikini is generally commendable, with rooms consistently maintained to high standards of cleanliness. The staff are attentive to guest needs and promptly respond to any requests, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. However, occasional inconsistencies in service quality may occur, but overall, the housekeeping staff strive to provide a satisfactory level of cleanliness and comfort for guests throughout their stay. Special thanks to Sarah for the exceptional service and hospitality that made my visit unforgettable.

What a fabolous stay. Got my upgrade very fast with Gold Member Accor and really love the staf to ease my moves. Foods and facilities are perfect. Gonna recommend everyone to stay here forever! I hope to take my family and colleagues for having great time in Novotel Cikin!

Strategic location and amazing Junior Suite Room

I really like the Junior Suite room. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There are lots of electrical outlets available. There is an area for watching TV, a work area and a day bed. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable with a separate shower and toilet. For food, Food Exchange has a variety of delicious menus. The breakfast menu is quite varied. Since it is the month of Ramadan, there are several Middle Eastern menus that also taste delicious. I like the variety of drinking options, not just juice but also smoothies. We can mix various flavors of tea ourselves with various choices of honey. The pool and gym facilities are quite extensive. The view at night is more beautiful with the building lights. The pool is also divided into children's and adult pools so it is safe for children. I also had the opportunity to take part in the Heritage Walk, it was very interesting, while exercising on the bicycles provided, we could also gain insight into historical locations around Cikini. Novotel Cikini is very comfortable for a weekend staycation
