Wonderful Luxury Hotel in the Heart of Mexico City

My family (including 7/9 year old boys had a wonderful Spring Break stay at the Sofitel! Staff, notably including Regina Gameros were amazing. We loved the stunning 38th floor pool, the opulent breakfast and the fantastic location right in the heart of it all.

Staff is amazing! Thank you Brenda Gendara and Rocio Maciel. Also the event team: Carla, Tom, Enrique, Alvaro, Roberto these are just the names of many more who have made our conference a success. Everybody has a smile on their faces and the atmosphere is very welcoming

We had such a lovely stay at the Sofitel. Location right on Réforma is just perfect. The best part of the hotel was the amazing staff at the Club Millésime. Laura, Natalia Oñate, Linette Garcia, Natalie Newby and Frida Aguilar all took good care of us! We loved the French touch in the club with high quality food&beverage. Rooms have a wonderful view! The bathroom even featured a tub with city view. We will definitely be back☺️

We came to CDMX for the first time to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday and the staff at Sofitel went above and beyond! We were upgraded to a King Suite, which is one of the most luxurious and beautiful rooms we ever stayed in. The staff at Lobby Bar, particularly Luis, paid such close attention to detail for us. He brought us complimentary champagne AND happy a birthday balloon! I have no idea how they knew it was my husband's birthday, but it was like magic! Can't wait to return here and to stay at more Sofitel hotels around the world.

Perfect Hotel Pool in center city

We had an amazing afternoon at the Sofitel pool! After a long morning sightseeing in Mexico City we decided to have a quiet afternoon at the pool. We had the best time! The pool atmosphere is amazing with perfect views of the city from the 38th floor. As we had been to the rooftop bar, we were not upset that the pool is enclosed as the wind at the top of the building is heavy. The pool deck is warm and sunny. The chairs are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The service was perfect. Javier and Alexis were wonderful! They were friendly and attentive. Any time we wanted a drink, they were very fast and efficient. Perfect pool concierges! 10/10 would recommend Sofitel pool if a pool is high on priority for a hotel in Mexico City
