I am going to make this review very simple and objective - Cons - - probably the worst customer service you will experience across any Sofitel property. The staff do not seem adequately trained and lack the general finesse you expect from a hotel charging 600 usd a night. - it is probably the only hotel in the world where eggs are not included as a part of the breakfast buffet, they make you pay for it separately and the general service over breakfast is terrible. - you have to change 2 elevators to get to your room, I find this extremely annoying as there are long waits and it is generally irritating to do so. - there is no turn down service (only Sofitel in the world that does not offer it). The one night we requested for one, the housekeeping staff simple replaced the towels in the bathroom and left without touching the bed or anything else. Pros - - good location - decent size room, but not the best build quality. I have been an Accor Platinum member for a number of years, also gold and generally stay at a number of their hotels. Save your money and book something better for this price! I am sure St. Regis, Four Seasons have no such issues!

If you have kids you have to stay here, everyone was pending about every little detail so that our stay went perfect The staff in the 36th floor even organized a treasure hunt for our kids. Natalia and her team did everything to make them happy, thanks Natalie as well

This hotel is incredible, we weren’t expecting the amazing service from all the staff, honorable mention to the 36 floor Club Millesime team, Natalia, Laura, Natalie, Frida. Thanks for making our stay memorable. I totally recomend it...

Wonderful Family Experience - Luxury + Comfort

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sofitel. The mix of luxury and comfort was terrific. The concierge staff, Jany and Regina, went out of their way to make my kids feel special. Days later they were still wishing we were back at the Sofitel! In addition, the location was great - very accessible to all of the sights. 10/10 would stay here again.

My family (including 7/9 year old boys had a wonderful Spring Break stay at the Sofitel! Staff, notably including Regina Gameros were amazing. We loved the stunning 38th floor pool, the opulent breakfast and the fantastic location right in the heart of it all.
