it was good and very friendly environment my stay in Pullman for one month. Big room, clean and tidy, with bathtub and all services. Huge buffet both for dinner and breakfast at a very reasonable price. Professional staff very polite and gentle Special thanks to Angle and Lukina!

Many times stay at this hotel..all staffs are good manner room feel comfortable bed sheet sleep soft and enjoyable..Executive Lounge Girls and boy treat me like family everyday I go upstairs they made an omelette for me.delicious ！

The hotel itself is brand new but the staff are all experienced and hospitable. Service here is on demand. Will definitely stay again. Location wise the towery is in prozximitity to subway so transportation is convenient
