Peace and quiet

I was impressed with how quiet a night's sleep was to be had at this Hotel. I am a light sleeper and frequently get disturbed by outside influences and people making noise in nearby rooms through wafer thin walls. The room size was also generous and the breakfast better than average for choice and quality. The underground car park was fine but a little pricey and shared with the shopping centre.

Great localization at the city center, over shopping mall, next to Branicki Palace and so-called Old Town. Rooms are big, modern, comfortable - typical for ibis style. Breakfast was tasty with lots of varieties. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay there again soon.

Good location, easy underground parking in the Plaza garage which is next to the hotel, but there is a designated area for hotel guests, downside 1 day parking is 40PLN. Economy hotel, not expensive but do not expect superb breakfast. Room was cozy and big enough. AC, WiFi worked well, had to wait few minutes for hot water as I slept on 11th floor probably. Great view, clean room. Bed was too soft for me, but it is my preference. Staff was helpful enough, supporting to find a swimming pool. Value for money !

The hotel does not score well, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations so some of the hotel places are not at all unusable, rooms are relatively fine, the hotel is located near a large shopping center. Service at the hotel is not good, for a glass of cold water should pay money. Altogether, the value for money is not received here.

We stayed here for one night on our journey from the UK to Lithuania. The hotel is conveniently located near the centre of town but with amply parking. A shopping centre can be accessed directly from the hotel with plenty of places for meals if you do not want to eat in the hotel or in town. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Our room on the 11th floor was clean and bright with a good bathroom with walk in shower, there was a nice choice of food at breakfast and it was competitively priced. The only negative was that we like to sleep with the window open and without conditioning, but there were some very loud motorbikes riding at crazy speeds on the road outside at night, though we were very tired after a day's travelling and slept well anyway. I appreciate this last point that this is beyond the hotel's control, but the police should be taking action to stop them. It was a Friday night and the weather was warm and dry, so maybe midweek when the weather's not so nice they won't be out!
