Had a really great stay, the staff were all very helpful and very friendly during the event I was attending. Christos and the bar staff were all particularly great! I would definitely recommend staying here, the rooms are lovely, and the facilities are good quality. The restaurant was handy for a meal in, and access to public transport was straightforward. I would enjoy returning next year for another visit, hope to be there.

The majority stages of my stay were really good and smooth. Only the check in time was little bit longer than usual. The breakfast was really generous with plenty of choices. They don't offer water in bottles each day as I used to get for other Novotel! Staff overall were nice and helpful.

Pleasant stay, quite comfortable, good location. Service staff had a working knowledge of English. Room was a bit cramped but I guess that’s standard for a regular hotel room in the city. Couple of things that could be improved - provide slippers and invest in beds that are more comfortable.

The hotel is located in an extremely convenient area, both for business and tourism, well connected using DB. The rooms were clean, comfortable and really spacious. We found a small queue at the desk, but the waiting time was acceptable. Good services and facilities, I tried both gym and sauna. The parking spaces in the garage were a bit too small for a SUV, I had to change the ticket a few times for a temporary malfunction. The breakfast was good, well organized, with a good assortment.

Very good location for Oktoberfest and very close to station to take you on 10 min trip to middle of city / old town. Generally room was decent enough but the AC did not work at all and room was very very uncomfortably hot. When raised with staff it was always somehow something we were not doing right. In fairness they did offer us a room change and did provide an in room fan which was appreciated.
