Amazing experience, Miss Phuong and Qua were so professional and skilled! Relaxing atmosphere with lots of options. We booked the 90 min deep massage with facial and it was invigorating. The post massage tea service with Mango was awesome. So quiet.

oh. What a wonderful experience for me. But it's quite crowded on holidays. Recommend everyone should book in advance. In particular, everyone should book a sea view room to see the entire Danang beach. Amazing. Full amenities and very friendly staff. I will definitely come back as soon as possible. Thanks a lot!

Good but room for improvement

Stayed for 6 nights with family. Booked 2 x separate rooms. On check in rooms were not next to each other which was strange considering other rooms were empty and hotel capacity was low. Even more disappointing considering this was a special occasion. This is a nice hotel but areas for improvement. Nice beach and very clean hotel in general. Breakfast excellent but along wait for table to be laid and long wait for a coffee. The hotel was quiet as well. Beach bar needs expanding and making more of a comfortable environment. The hotel does not advertise very well. For example, happy hour, cooking classes, sports. There is a small screen in lift but this changes very quickly before you can read it. There is no pool or beach bar service. Like I said a nice hotel, bedrooms very nice. Housekeeping come very early and are noisy first thing in morning when you are asleep. We stayed for 6 nights so saw the pluses and minuses. Might not see this on a one night stay.

A lovely stay at the Pullman, with nothing too much trouble for the staff - particular shout out to Hoia (Daisy) who was such a lovely person to welcome us to our sumptuous breakfast each morning and Hon who makes the best Vietnamese coffees! Thanks ladies!

Ti was lovely, the massage relaxing and enjoyable and the atmosphere pleasant - I would highly recommend. As we only had a few days at the Pullman having a massage was the ideal way to relax. If you have the chance to have an extra break - enjoy a massage.
