Wonderful stay at Adagio

Wonderful stay The Adagio Paveletskaya is a truly excellent hotel. For my 15-night stay, I had a very large 1-bedroom suite on the 9th floor. Great natural light, totally silent, excellent wifi, comfortable bed, full kitchen, good shower, hot water, and water pressure. Most of all, the hotel staff - Sofya, Anastasiya, Maria, and everyone else -- is extremely pleasant and helpful and willing to resolve issues. In particular, because of the current world situation, the reservation staff had to be flexible and creative in finding solutions, and they were. I had several exchanges over the months prior to my arrival in Moscow. Location: you are about 5 to 7 minutes' walk to either the 5 or the 2 metro lines, as well as buses and trams. Meaning you can get anywhere in Moscow extremely rapidly. There are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The neighborhood is one of the most pleasant in Moscow, low-rise buildings mostly, human-scale. I would return here in a second.

The place is very close to main attractions. 5 minutes on foot to Paveletsky metro and aero express. 5 minutes by metro to red square, kremlin and much more. Rooms are clean and well equipped. What we liked most is the warmth and hospitality of the staff, the go above and beyond to ensure the best guest experience especially Valentina. Definitely will be back if we ever come to Moscow.

I spent about two weeks in Adagio, and to be honest, I didn't want to leave at all. It felt like home. The staff including the cleaning service, reception, and others were always very friendly and helpful. Thank you also to the receptionist Valentina. The location of the hotel was also very nice. It was super close to everything. And yes, it's also very cool that there's a launderette downstairs that's self-service. Overall, thank you so much for such a pleasant stay at the Adagio Aparthotel.
