Excellent stay - a very nice, spacious residence-tower room. A fabulous high-level room - both quiet and comfortable, nicely furnished. Really made our stay - but then this is an exceptional hotel. We often stay here for a brief break, experiencing both suites and rooms. The quality, helpfulness, and efficiency of service from concierge through to front-desk staff is always 100%. Wifi is fast and outstanding quality; no fade-away/slowing down at night. Connectivity to screen (TV) devices for streaming is easy - but for those looking solely at satellite channel choices, you won't be disappointed! And I have to especially congratulate the valet parking staff ... really efficient and helpful. It's always a pleasure arriving at this hotel. The health spa area with gym, sauna, spa pool, and a magnificent, well-maintained, indoor heated swimming pool is superb (usually 29-30deg C). That pool is like a magnet for us, 25 meters long and of a size that enables serious lane swimming while families can enjoy themselves elsewhere in the pool. And it is so well-maintained. Shower and changing facilities are also well-maintained, clean, and of a generous size. In the summer the roof can be opened, as well as an entire glass front window-wall which opens onto a grassed area.

Amazing time in a modern hotel room with super king bed. Great steam room, women’s only sauna(very hot), pool and spa. Amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner menu especially the eye fillet! Will be back! The concierge gentleman was excellent taking care of our car whilst staying at the Pullman. Special mention to the Japanese masseuse where I had a spa treatment - fabulous! Thanks to all the team at The Pullman.

I have complained to Pullman Auckland about room upgrade for gold member and poor hoursekeeping service. Firstly, they were not willing to give me any response. Then, I called Accor customer service hotline and explained to them what happened for my stay. However, I am so disapponted about their reply They tried to find out some excuses to avoid responsibilities. My original booking was deluxe room with Harbour view on high floor, but they argued that my booking was deluxe superior room with Harbour view on low floor, and they were generous to upgrade it already. Luckily, I have some evidence to show my original booking. Then, they gave me another excuse that the hotel was fully booked already. They are so dishonest and they do not want to shoulder any responsibility if they make some mistakes. I strongly recommend NOT to stay this hotel in order to protect your benefit.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the hotel. I stayed at room # 623. There is some URGENT maintenance needed. The plug above the desk is detached from the wall...a screw is needed and unplugging whatever was plugged, was difficult. Auckland is quite chilly at night....the heating system at the room was not working. I called guest service room for repair...no one available to do the job. They said..too late. There was one light bulb burnt, so the illumination at the room was very poor. The restaurant at the lobby was almost empty....employees did not manage to organise the potential visitors and find room for them sit....l ended up asking for room service for my dinner. I ordered a pizza...they brought it to my room...without a fork and a knife.....unbelievable!! I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures attached.

We've found our stay at the Pullman Auckland City to be comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located on a busy intersection around 5-minutes' walk from downtown Auckland and occupies the former Hyatt building - a multi-story, dated exterior that belies a very comfortable interior with well-designed lobby and restaurant/bar spaces and hotel rooms that function well. We booked a studio room with two queen beds for our family of three and found the sleeping space and bathroom to be fine. Our reservation included room and breakfast and the breakfast options and service staff were excellent. The staff were informative, attentive and welcoming. The food offering was generous and there was a nice variety of options.
