A big mistake

I just don't know where to begin with this hotel, perhaps with their refusal to bring us soap, their refusal to fix the broken phone in our room, claiming it was our fault. The fact you have to have the keys re-programmed everytime you return to your room. Of course the most unforgettable was when I ordered something from the restaurant downstairs. I was told there were 7 people ahead of me and it would take a long time. What in the world kind of restaurant can cook for only one person at a time? I've stayed in a lot of hotels and pousadas in Feira de Santana and Salvador. I'm used to less than great service and attitude from the staff at Brasilian hotels, but this place is in a category by itself.

Sorry for all. I wait you retorn in Ibis hotel Feira de Santana to show you that our service has improved a lot. Gustavo Baqueiro General Manager

Regardless of what it is doing in the city of Feira de Santana - Bahia, Brazil . The Ibis is an excellent choice because it is well located, next to the Boulevard Mall with comfortable rooms , excellent room service and free Wi -fi. The food served at the hotel is well-balanced and tasty. When staying in Feira de Santana again , I return to this hotel.

Everything is new, clean and confortible. The service are much better them i expected. The only thing that have to be improvede is the breakfast, it could have a better quality items. So, in general, is a very good place to stay.

We have stayed as many Ibis hotels worldwide. This hotel was above the standard. The staff was excellent and responsive. The rooms were clean. The beds were great. The rooms were standard Ibis size (small) and efficient. The aircon and wifi worked great. The price was very economical. We paid for breakfast and were very satisfied with the selection. Nice place to stay.

Check in was efficient this time. Unfortunately the receptionist said there was no change available. In the evening I deducted the room overpayment from the food and drinks bill. Nothing was noted down so when I checked out they wanted me to pay the underpayment. The manager stayed in the background as usual but the receptionist accepted what I said and balanced the bill.
