I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating! It doesn't deserve more than two stars. It was a disappointing experience. The hotel has no hot water. The bedding and carpets are very dirty. Car parking not enough for the guests Need to re evaluate

The hotel i stayed in ever , very clean , a great services especially the reception Hashim and mohammad hafidz, also the restaurant is very delicious and have a variety of international and arabic food. I highly recommended this hotel for visitors.

Seriously too much comfortable in this hotel and this is as my home and I appreciate receptionist Turki for helping more i like this staff specially in bad situations he can treat with any situation as professional. Thanks for everything and normally is good except Turki seriously professional with all type of guests . And i will come again in next time.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely delightful, and I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional hospitality and support, especially Turki.
