dirty bed sheets

When I wake up next day morning I saw a blood stain ( small one ) on the sheets. I checked my self first if I cut my self but no it was a dry one, probably was not washed properly. I told this to reception but I dont think he cared much. this is an old hotel but at least i thought it was clean. After this experince never again.

I had a really good time.The staff is very kind, helpful and welcoming. Absolutely perfect. From check-in to check-out, all departmental services were excellent. This hotel is one of the best in Kayseri. I would definitely recommend.

One of classic Novotel stay

Cleanliness of the room. The carpets are dirty, dusty and some foods on it from the previous guests. We saw some foods under the sofa when the house keeper open it for my son. That is not something usual for Novotel. I hope it is for just once. Additional to this, The room temperature was too high even we kept the AC off. Because the season, the cold mode of AC was not functional. It was about 27 celsius degree, I measured it with my watch. We had to open the windows while it was raining outside. We got sick after all.

Brilliant staff i’ve ever seen. Special thanks to from reception Aybuke, Yucel, Gonca and Mert. In kitchen Dilek, Eda and Aysegul. They were warm welcome to me and colleagues. Precious, kind-hearted and solving every requests. I would like to see them again. :)

Strategic position, good restaurant and very good staff

The hotel is located in a good position, in front of the Main Street that crosses Kayseri city. The room is fine and all the services are ok. The restaurant is very good, it is possible to find a good intentional dishes selection on the menu. Above all, I would like to congratulate with the hotel for the professionalism of the restaurant Staff, especially about Miss Aysegul and Miss Dilek, very kind, nice and professional. With them we were like at our home.
