The worst experience during our holidays

I've been at this hotel staying the night of the 5th of August. It was a night to forget. Imagine the terrible surprise when we arrived around midnight and we discovered that we haven't the room booked and confirmed. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids but we have to get two double rooms not communicated. It was a great inconvenience because our kids are small and directly, we have paid for something different. Can't described how old and ugly the rooms were. We were completely defenseless, we couldn't do anything at that moment. The girl at the desk told us that she couldn't do anything. And that is. You book and pay one thing and they give you whatever it is better for them without any compensation. Never stay there if you have another chance. Any other hotel should be better!!!

A basic hotel but OK for a simple overnight stay. Surprisingly quiet location next to the N10. The Buffalo Grill next door was fine for an uncomplicated evening meal. The bed was quite firm but we slept quite well.

This is a very basic hotel, the rooms are small, with little amenities, ie no wardrobe or storage for clothes.. the double bed has a bunk bed above it which I bangled my head on. The room has no air con, The window in our room was above the entrance door where people congregated to smoke and chatter ..the smoke drifted into our room. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was small.. Towels were ok and changed daily. The hotel has a very dated and used feel about it, there was a musty smoky smell in the public areas.. Staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is ok if you just want to put your head down and move on the next morning, but not for longer.. we had three nights booked and paid for and wished we could have left after the first night. Wont ever use an Ibis budget hotel again .

One Double bed!!!!

We have used this hotel several times on our return journey from Spain. We book a family room as we have a young teenager with us. We arrived at the hotel around midnight on the evening of 22nd August, after a twelve hour drive. We used our codes as usual to let our selves in, only to find the room was not a family room and had only one double bed. As you will appreciate we spent a rather uncomfortable night. We needed sleep and this was not very comfortable. I checked on the desk the following morning and confirmed that we had booked three breakfasts. The receptionist could not offer an explanation for the room mix up. Because of the late arrival and late start on the Monday morning much of the breakfast had disappeared and we had to ask for warm coffee. This is not the sort of treatment that we expected from an Ibis Hotel.

Location was good due my business trip. Huge parking which was free. Very fast process of reservation after arrival.Hotel doesnt have resturant, which is pitty. Probably big issue can be during winter time, because heating was on MAX.level and in room was cold.
