First experience in Pullman Hotel with my Platinum Status. Great hospitaliy by Ayik front desk, she accomodate us with care and fulfill our requests. Thank you so much for the great hospitality Ayik. Hotel room has pleasant diffuser scent, cleaniness is tip-top. We got stunning ocean view at 4th floor. Sound proof is good. I sleep very soundly for the night. Well maintained hotel. Highly recommend. Thank you Pullman and will visit again soon

The staff, the staff, the staff!!!!!! They are all amazing. Special mention is Haity with her warmth, as well as Ary, Wila, Seni, Lina, Nadya, Ayu, Arie to name some special staff. The rooms are clean and roomy. It is on the beach ... great. The food is well cooked, and the buffets are amazing. I felt relaxed and at home at Pullman. I look forward to my next visit

Hotel is very good. Has a great view and amenities. Staffs are approachable and very nice. Restaurant is very good as well especially the services of Ayu Eka Yulina Nadia Sari Haity Arie and Seni. All are outstanding! Overall experience is superb. I love it!

Great place to stay with the kids

Good location . Close to Kuta Beach and the main shopping strip (behind the hotel) but still away from the daily hustle and bustle of Kuta. Our kids loved the two swimming pools on the ground floor . The best thing for us was the Restaurant in the hotel. The food was amazing and priced ok. Breakfast buffet was really worth it too. Our initial room had a really bad mouldy smell so we called the front desk and they gave us a new room which was bigger and better . All the staffs were helpful and kind. Kids also enjoyed the Kids club.

Amazing service, all staff were friendly, attentive, Restaurant and Pool staff were amazing they would always ensure you were comfortable and attending to any request with a smile, At the dinner Ms. Ari will constantly checking your dining experience and deliver a massive service. Surprisingly could remember my Name, I believe she is a manager ☺️ Breakfast was great so much variety to choose from. Close to beach and local shops. Highly Recommend We booked the accommodation with one free cocktail per day and it was amazing 🥰🥰
