Great Staff! Perfect for a couple in this amazing old city! They helped us in everything we needed! We recommend to use the metro to visit the vieux port area, its outrageous! Go to calanques, Frioul and If, you are going to love it! Dont get the city pass, its better buying single tickets. We love this magical city 👏

Located rather well, has access to buses, trams and metro (500 m). The majority of services along the Ibis Budget standards. As for me I lacked only a web-corner which is a must at many Ibis and Ibis Budget hotel. It happened that my phone wa stolen in Marseille and the hotel couldn't help me with the internet access after that. Fortunately, the receptionist allowed me to make a short call to say I was safe. Thanks for that

Good location, price not bad. Room very small, unfortunately dirty, corridors dirty and smelly. Staff very friendly but customers service not good at all. Didn't have breakfast because doesn't look good and bar area not clean. If you have to stop for one night ok, longer stay I would not recommend

The corridors stank of cigerettes. I understand Ibis new designs but this hotel's 'restaurant' was like a kindergarten on a bad day, spilt liquids everywhere on the tables. Our room had no lock on the glass shower door, consequently water was coming out of the shower. We had to mop it up with a towel. I damaged my car trying to get it into a carpark that was too small. Then i found they had a car park for bigger cars. Not a succesful visit to a Ibis. Sleep quality was poor as the mattress was too hard ! Not a good night !

I did not like my stay at this hotel. First of all, my room smelled like cigarette the whole time. I believe the smoke travelled through the central air system. Second, this room was SO small. I mean really small. Third, the location is a bit off. Difficult to find decent restaurants nearby and at night it is quite a scary walk from the metro. Fourth, they don’t give you Accor points if you book via Booking. Fifth, I was a single guest and they charged me city taxes for three guests. Good thing I saw that and was able to get reimbursed. On the second part of my stay, I switched to the non-budget version of this chain in the same neighborhood and for a bit more it was infinitely better!
