Don’t book this hotel. If you check in late then you’re jus SOL. I was stranded late at night with no hotel room. Oh and they don’t answer the phone either. Just pay extra for a hotel with 24hr service.

The photos say it all One guy on reception doing his best with 30 customers all trying to check in The worse thing about this hotel is the lack of air conditioning and communal toilets It can get pretty warm in Basel at night and at one point the room temperature was at 34 degrees The toilets had not been cleaned and there was urine all over the floor on two different visits over an 8 hour period Our room had not been done and there was urine on the floor We were moved after an hour but the next room wasn’t much better Oh - and don’t believe the 15 min walk quoted - 20 mins minimum on dual carriageways We took a cab - 20 euros

It will be cruel to let even an animal sleep in here. It was soo hot in the room some of the guest left their front doors opened. Despite this they did not sleep. The entire place was also infested some small flies and staff were no where to be found. I could not wait for morning to come to leave. I will not recommend this place for anyone

We arrived at 1am, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is basic and budget but was clean and tidy and perfect for a few hours sleep before continuing our trip. If you're looking for a budget hotel then this one is a good choice

I booked this budget hotel for my early flight to Alicante. I had many doubts because of the bad reviews, but it is not the case. It's clean and the receptionist was very friendly. The bathroom in my room was very small. I'm skinny woman but I barely could turn around in the shower. I brought my earplugs so the noise didn't bother me. I will for sure book a room again. Take the exit next to the europcar office! And read the comment below. It's very helpful!!!
