The hotel is amazing with an awesome view, very good location,excellent service starting from the reception, restaurants, housekeeping, you will feel royal. Its my first time but definitely not my last, the weather is amazing, the people are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything. It’s so relaxing setting at the trace at night . Great hotel! Rooms are colonial and are ok.. but property is very nice, with an amazing garden and swimming pool. Also, the food is great and the people are very nice! It is a very nice place to stay in Luxor, very central, next to the nile. Would recommend!

Superbe endroit, le lieu est resté authentique, je conseil vivement 👍👍 Esraa is very nice ! The cappuccino is very cool and everybody is kind and pleasant! I recommand to have a drink in the royal bar ! I hope you to have a good time! I will come back

I have visited the location and the building of winter palace, it fantastic and ancient and interesting. I did the visit with Ms Esraa guest relations. I have found many of the original designs since the time of the Khedive you fell as you live in a museum.

Amazing historic hotel with the most incredible gardens. The staff were very kind and attentive and made sure we were well looked after, even offering us a courtesy room on arrival as we hadn’t slept. The pool was a special treat too. Highly recommend!
