Not good for work, very noisy.

Staying on Wednesday night for work. People partying outside all night making noise in the smoking area, even still now at 3am. Tried to ask for a room on the other side of the building but they were fully booked. Reception apologised but sadly couldn't help me. I have had better sleep at a £40 travel lodge 😆

Nice Clean & Brightly Lit Hotel. Staff beyond Helpful, let us check in early, lent electrical adaptors,etc. Spacious family room even with spare bed opened out, this is rarely the case! Very clean rooms, only minor issue, I struggled with the shower as the bath side was quite high and my mobility is not great. This would not affect most people. Nice swimming Pool. Not tried the restraunt yet.

Aptly located, clean rooms, good food. Loyalty programme that rewards your stays. Staff like Cecil H at reception is friendly and make efforts to welcome you (pic attached). Definitely recommended. 🙂

what a great room too bad no stocked fridge again wonderful sleep spacious parking spaces and close to the highway soon I will be staying again. nice hotel. pity no upgrade I actually expected as a loyal club member

This is the best hotel in this area, Mercure Koln West has down a good job as the front desk is very friendly when u check in. They speak good English and very attentive. The Business package includes mini bar , fast internet and breakfast is perfect for business traveller. The breakfast is good for Europe standards, they have all the basic breakfast food that we normally take. The breakfast area is also very comfortable and they have big terrace outside which is very good for summer time.I would definitely stay again.
