In 4 European trips have never had such degrading treatment from a Chef de reception. Julia turned all problems from payments(not accessible 3rd party), inclusions(out of date), faulty shower screen all my fault. Appalling Customer service.

The Ibis Styles Dijon off Place Grangier, with its conveniently located parking in a central location is normally a good place to stay but in March 2023 they are doing a major external refurbishment. I stayed over the weekend when no work was actually taking place, but the building is clad in scaffolding and I really wish I had been informed about that fact. Not doing so VERY EXPLICITLY is a poor oversight by the head office team. Having stayed there previously, I knew where I was going....but if one was staying the first time, it might be confusing to see your hotel looking like a construction project ! The staff, rooms and facilities remain of a high standard one might expect..... it's just nice not pay to stay at a building site (without at least being informed).

Our facade work is already completed on one side of the building, and will be finished by the end of the month on the other. These in no way affect the quality and comfort of our rooms, especially since no work is being carried out inside the hotel. Nice hotel but my air conditioning wasn't working

The hotel was very clean, in a very good location. Car park can be tricky to find as the entrance is on the pavement. Some staff were super polite and helpful. Main problem, my air conditioning didn't work room 211. I went and spoke to a member of staff about it, they reset it. Still had the same problem, he couldn't move us as they were fully booked. The maintenance person wasn't available in the early hours of the morning. So had to put up with 28c with no air conditioning. No compensation was given from the hotel.

Stayed for one night as part of a road trip through France. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city, and next to a large parking garage. It is a great location from which to explore the lovely city of Dijon. Hotel was as expected for an ibis; clean rooms, modern design and good location. Would stay again if visiting Dijon

Good hotel with great location. Parking available right outside the hotel - roughly cost €10. Only downside was unable to control temperature in the room. Nearby shops also got deliveries around 4am which was noisy and disturbed sleep - unsure if this would happen every morning but wasn’t great for a good nights sleep.
