I tried to check in with my couple and the receptionist was terribly rude, even screamed and insulted me and my girlfriend, refused to speak a word in English to me, gave no answers regarding my payment. Terrible experience I do not recommend this hotel at all. No customer service

Convenient stopover.

Rooms typical of Ibis. Bath towels very small. Very good and varied breakfast. We arrive late so ate in Brasserie Chez Julian which is attached to the hotel. Our choice of food was very good and the staff very friendly. The hotel is adjacent to an Auchan supermarket with petrol station which is very handy.

Just depressing cell rom.

All clean and everything but just like a prison cell type room which left us depressed. Reminded my of my student days which were 40 years ago. There is nothing around the hotel in terms of getting a drink or something to eat. It was very quiet which suggested it is not popular.

Karen, Concernant vos remarques, nous voudrions éclaircir quelques points: Les chambres rénovées il y a sept ans.Elles devaient être relookées prochainement mais entre temps il y eu la crise du Covid qui au niveau financier à contrarié nos projets, mais nous allons faire le nécessaire pour y arriver. Effectivement 'hôtel est situé en sortie de ville en zone commerciale comme précisé sur la présentation des services et le dimanche le centre commercial est fermé, mais vous disposiez dans l'hôtel d'un restaurant brasserie ou vous auriez pu prendre un verre et manger jusqu'à minuit;Le bar de l'hôtel était à votre disposition 24/24h. Effectivement nous sommes plutôt un hôtel d'affaire que des loisirs et les fin de semaine sont plus calmes, mais tout va bine pour notre taux d'occupation soyez rassurée. Désolé que nos prestations vous est déçues, en espérant avoir le plaisir de vous recevoir peut être une prochaine fois. Cordialement JL Gilbert Directeur

We have just stayed at this hotel on route.we booked the brasserie for an evening meal but left as an eyelid was thrown at us on arrival and prices seemed expensive for the area.We did not mind higher prices but expected some service.The breakfast was a complete disaster no plates no bread no cutlery no social distancing and at €10 it was the worst breakfast we have ever had.really upset

Concerning your comments we sat you at a table, you looked at the menu then you get up and left.How can you judge the service? Plates and cutlery were missing for breakfast, but we did what was necessary to make up for this lackWith two sort aof viennoiseries, ham, saucisson, two sort of yaourts, white cheese, tree sort of cheese, gluten free products, jams, honey, ni=utella, fresh fruits salad, apple sauce,6 kinds of fruit juices, two mineral water , hot drink, all "a volonté" that at will we think he actually has worse as a breakfast for 10.00€. We stayed here for one night travelling North...after long day in the car. Good free parking and efficient check-in....always a good start....on the outside of town. A little busy with Macs outlet next door but it went quiet around 11PM so no overnight noise. Room was basic but clean and OK and quiet with good AC Good bistro next door...which was helpful as it was Sunday and most places are closed / busy for dinner.
