We couldn't fault the Hotel it was everything it said on the tin and more. The moment we step in the door we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel at home straight away. Check in was straight forward we were given a map and a brief oversite of the city then shown to our room our case followed immediately. The deluxe room on the 1st floor (106) was immaculate with everything we wanted (Including plenty of hangers) Breakfast was included in our package which had everything we wanted and more. We did use the leisure facilities including largest hot tub in the world. (Very clean and well kept ). We ate dinner in the Hotel one night and we were not disappointed, plenty to choose from with great service and very reasonably priced. We also had a few night caps in the bar on the lower ground floor every night where the 2 girls looked after us very well and again plenty choice of drinks. We had a late flight out the day of our departure we were allowed to keep our room till 2.00pm and then our bags were looked after until we departed allowing us to go out and about. Check out was fine again by the super friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel and would certainly return if/when we come back to Krakow and we would defiantly recommend it.

The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was very well located and close to the river, the square and the castle. The room was confotable and the beds were ecxtremely comfortable, the corridors were beautifully decorated and gave a superior feel of decadence. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. Staff were always ready to help out and answer any questions, attentive to our needs. A wonderful stay.
