We stayed at Mercure due to our flight getting canceled. The night prior we stayed at Kaya due to our flight being late so we missed connecting flight. I have to admit that in comparison Kaya was a much better all around experience than Mercure. We were told we were getting a 2 bed room and they simply brought us a cot after the fact and it was less than ideal. It left very little room to move around the room. My children could not sleep at all there. It was very hot. Though they claim they have air conditioning, they do not. The technician told me they do not have a cooling box therefore no a/c. There was no fan in bathroom… and unfortunately the staff at reception were not the friendliest and do not speak a lick of english.

Everything from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay was fantastic. Beautiful hotel in such a great location. Special thanks to Maya who was there our entire stay who checked on us every day making sure we were ok and answering all of our questions and to Gorkem who always took the time to greet us and help us with our bags. Wonderful experience with the entire staff. Thank you for making us Feel Welcome.

Well located hotel, friendly helpful staff, rooms are clean with comfortable beds and soft bedding. Easy to walk to all attractions also tram stop is just around the corner. lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Lovely hotel with great staff and good food pretty glad that we didn’t go for the breakfast everyday though it wasn’t great and we hadn’t realised they don’t serve beer either no big deal just would have been nice.
