Perfect for a stop on our way to Luxembourg. However, rooms were very warm so had to open window and traffic noise, throughout the night, is unbelievable! Food was good and freshly cooked. Reception forget to provide drink vouchers for Silver membership.

It's true that the weather in northern France those weeks is quite unstable and we have not turn our system into air conditioning mode, we're sorry for that. However, even if indeed the reception forgot to offer you the free drink, it has been offered to you on departure, but you refused it, when you could have enjoy it during your trip to Luxembourg. Nous sommes venons avec mon fils dans le cadre d une compétition sportive. Accueil super en dépit de notre arrivée tardive. Chambre très agréable, calme l, bien équipée et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner est servi des 6h avec de très bons produits.

I checked in online earlier and so when I arrived at the hotel at 2230, not only was the receptionist wonderful and welcoming but I spent about 30 seconds at the desk and was off to my room. Very fast after a long day! The room is well appointed, clean, lots of towels etc. Breakfast was included but is rather basic, which is fine. No hot food unless you want to boil an egg or two, but the coffee machines work and there's lots of breads meats cheeses etc.

The breakfast selection was amazing, one of the best I've seen in Accor hôtels and better than the Mercure hotels I have stayed in.
