Stunning interior nice staff incl Bar staff, breakfast was superb...please ask cleaner to hoover underneath bed, it was very dirty room 122, pink stains outside Bathroom on carpet need fixed but lovely hotel

No water bottles provided, no sufficient towels, rooms not clean up. Dirt around, hangers very cheap quality.

I was in my room and housekeeping came in 3 TIMES! I told the reception after the first time, they apologised but it happened again twice. Very dissapointed. I was by myself as well which made me feel completely vulnerable.

Very disappointing, the rooms are small, no way it's 20 mr asadvertized. You can't actually controll the temperature and the room is insuffrebly hot, we had to sing a document so they will open the window for us. The bathroom smell horrible, probably mold, and since the bathroom is so small you can't shower without getting most of the room wet. When we went to complaint because I truly thought they gave us a wrong room the receptionist was indifferent, just said it what it is, said she could move us to a room in a different floor but it's the same room with all the same issues. I do not recommend at all.
