We stayed here whilst visiting Disney on a budget (if that’s possible). The apartment was clean and contained 2 hobs, a microwave and a dishwasher. There wasn’t a cooker which was frustrating, but we managed. The staff are friendly and we had no issues with noise during the night. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and also a large shopping centre. The shopping Centre has two supermarkets if you plan to cook some meals yourself. All in all it’s a nice hotel and you get much more freedom than staying in a packaged Disney hotel.

Absolutely brilliant! The staff are incredible, the rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. I’d highly recommend this location, especially if you are headed to Disney as there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the park and you’re only a 10 min walk. Also shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket right next to the hotel, less than 5 minute walk. Thank you to the lovely Maude who assisted us upon check out, she was very sweet. The only place ill stay when visiting Paris! Can’t wait to come back.

Only a short walk to the huge shopping centre and a variety of restaurants, bus stop for Disneyland only 1 block away. Friendly staff and reception stocks small amount of items ie Water. Free coffee in reception is a nice touch

Tired building in great location

We arrived to stay for 2 nights and as an Accor Diamond member I was very disappointed. Whilst I knew this was a 3 star hotel (booked for its location to Disneyland Paris) the whole space is looking tired and lacks heart. On arrival, after 4pm we were surprised that one of our rooms was not ready, and when we did get into our room, we had to walk through darkened corridors with wall paper falling off. Service was below average, with no willingness to greet customers, provide change for the laundry or assist with storing luggage. This hotel is in a great location for Disneyland Paris and should reflect a sold family hotel.
