Very central location.

Nice hotel in a very central location of Palermo. Walking distance to all the major sights in historic Palermo and to the very nice yacht harbour. The check-in procedure were very good, fast and polite. The beds were very good and gave a good sleep. Very large and soft towels and a good shower. The aircondition could need a bit of an users instruction. Positive with windows that can be opened. I would have liked a safety lock on the door, it is locked but still feels a bit un-locked. The breakfast room in the basement were not the most inviting , though the breakfast was adequate with most of what you need to start the day. All in all, it was a good experience.

We requested a double bed and 2 single beds for the kids, when we arrived we were upgraded but got a sofa bed for the kids instead. Called and asked for an extra bed since my kids didn't like to sleep in the same bed, and the brought up a single bed without any question. Thank you!

Great staff, v welcoming, Enrico was very helpful at reception when I arrived late at 9pm. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Again staff v courteous. Bedroom v comfortable, cleaned every day, quiet room which was welcome. Great location to all amenities and historical, cultural and Religious sites in Palermo.
