The hotel itself is very good but this is trumped by its location. Just short walks to Rundle St for dining and Rundle Mall for shopping. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar fridge was empty, no complimentary water was provided. Please also note that dental and shaving kits are also not provided, which is in contrast to hotels in Asia. However, this is compensated by having a small laundry on-site; AUD$4 per wash, and also AUD$4 per dry. Take the opportunity to use the pool, spa, sauna and steam room; they are all located indoor in the same space.

Hotel excellent but evening dining a big rip off. The meal we ordered was simply awful and made a strong complaint to the manager who did not know how to handle customer complaint. He just stood there and said nothing.

Hi, Hotel was nice, however I was told my stay wouldnt be credited with Accor points as it was a business trip and not booked by myself. Where do these points go to then?

To confirm, your account was paid by for by a company on a master account, along with a large delegation of other guests you were travelling with. As you had no charges paid for by yourself on your account, you do not accrue points. They don't go anywhere else either, the purely just don't accrue for this stay.
