First of all, this remains my favourite place to stay in Berlin. Having written 2 months before arrival to ask for a room with a view of the zoo, I was shown to a room without one upon check-in and had to upgrade (+£200 per night) to get one. The pool was out of action for virtually all my stay (only pre-notified a few days before arrival) and the Casual dining experience should have been better. Also no new investment into room decor for quite while now. The location, bar, design led approach and staff make this hotel, but standards have slipped since being brought into the SO hotel fold. I still love, and will return to Das Stue in my next trip but will hope for better next time around.

very professional team, really friendly room was a little bit dissappointig with extremely dirty windows, furnituer was damaged, electricity did not work properly no minibar, no fruits etc , no second service during the day though it was a junior suite

This hotel is a real gem, located in the peaceful tree lined streets of Berlin. Located near the park you are close enough to the city whilst enjoying the peacefulness of the park. The rooms are spacious with lots of daylight and the staff are extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.
