Stayed here for 5 nights for a work conference at the MCEC and was delighted with the high level of professionalism and politeness from the Novotel staff. The concierge/check in/reception team were very accommodating and made check in/check out a breeze. Also loved the facilities on Level 6 and the rooms were also great! Pros: - amazing customer service! - very clean hotel room - comfortable bed - great view from hotel room - great location (right next to DFO south wharf, short walk to Crown) - breakfast buffet available My reasons for giving 9/10 instead of 10/10 - tv kept dropping out - very limited late night room service menu Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
